I found out about this book, by chance, even though i thought i read all the New World of Darkness fiction, already (Three Shades of Night, A Hunter like Fire, Blood in - Blood Out etc.)
I went in this, totally excited, and thank god it did not only NOT disappoint, but amazed me, creeped me out, and shaken me to my core.
Mr.Alan Doetsch, is a master of writing horror, and I really feel ashamed I didn't notice his work sooner.
Seriously, even if you are not a World of Darkness fan, but a fan of horror nonetheless, BUY AND READ THIS BOOK.
I promise you, it will take you for the ride of your life.
Or, un-life, depending who you ask.
The only kinda downer for a casual, non-WoD reader, would be the ending, which leaves a few questions, kinda unanswered, but for me, that was the beauty of it.
In the World of Darkness, there are no answers, only more questions.
Open a door, and three more show up for you to peer into.
This is horror and World of Darkness fiction, at its finest....
