This is one of my most-referenced titles on the Foundry. There's a ton of great info for dealing with various types of checks and challenges, as well as some common setting tropes. Learning and using languages, group checks, morale, perception checks, and skill challenges are just a few of the things you'll find here among some other more unique takes on things a GM regularly comes up against.

The Gamemaster's Eclectic Toolbox offers is a valuable tool for any GM--veteran or new--working with the Genesys system. Aside from a handful of new or alternate rules for Genesys, it simply talks about such things as awarding XP and designing talents that offer food for thought to GMs when running Genesys.

Not only has the author gone out of their way to interpret abstract concepts from the core system and translate them into manageable mechanics, they've also done the legwork for GMs when it comes to many essential mechanics the core rulebook and supplements do not cover. I particularly like the author's "clout rating" system to quickly create NPCs. It also should be mentioned that the author's layout is exact and professional, and they both bookmarked the various sections for easy navigation and made the table of contents interactive.

This product is both content-dense and well made; I firmly believe this resource belongs in every Genesys GM's library.

The product is aptly named. It really should be part of every GM's toolbox. The author has done the work for you, over an obviously long period of playtesting, to provide house rules that keep the game flowing, and clarifies some vague areas of the rulebooks. Every Genesys GM should have this in their library.
