I did enjoy this book very much, I like how the staccato short sentences in the first chapter set the scene with quick, brutal strokes - like an artist slashing bright colored oil paint onto a canvas with a palette knife. Such a good story, heartfelt and well told.

ashley grant spins a wonderful tale once again. the book captivated u in the first chapter. very eloquently written book and inenjoyed reading it.

I loved the poetry section of this book. Good read with dark, yet relatable content.

it's always nice when you find good reading material this was a fun read and I enjoyed the poetry so if you've got the time buy this and give it a try plus you would be supporting somebody else's dream to do what they love for a living it's a win win i say

Excellent introduction from Author to Readers P. O. V. Would love to potentially see another story that gives some more background on the Dark Gatekeeper in correlation with the readers journey.

Very intriguing read.   Loved the transition from simply a human scientist to her discovering she is gatekeeper Lecata. Good detail as well, while still leaving much to the readers imagination!
