What does MEGA mean?

Number Search Mazes are grids of numbers traversed by moving from one cell to the next according to a set of rules based on the relationships of the numbers. For the puzzles in this book, the goal is to draw a solution path between two highlighted cells following these three rules:

Rule One: From any given cell, you can only move to an adjacent cell, whether horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.

Rule Two: From any given cell, you may only move to a cell containing a number one less than, equal to, or one more than the current number.

Rule Three: The solution path may not revisit any cell.

Solution paths for these puzzles vary in length from 500 to over 800 cells long, with 100+ to 380+ dead ends

Instructions and examples are included in this book. Full-size solutions are provided in the back of the book to prove each puzzle has one, in case you begin to wonder.

How long it takes to solve one of these puzzles will vary from person to person and puzzle to puzzle. The puzzle creator easily spends over fifteen minutes to solve just one of these MEGA puzzles. If you solve at a similar rate, solving all 128 puzzles will require roughly 32 hours of focused effort. Your actual results may vary.

These search mazes will stress-test your perception, while the minimal skills needed to solve them are the abilities to count from 1 to 9 forwards and backwards and to connect the dots.

Having patience and plenty of time won't hurt either.
